Raise the Bar is a series of comprehensive baseball development classes, combining varies options: Hit Lab, Out Front Pitching, Defensive Training, Performance Training. Plans are tailored to each athlete, and key metrics are measured and tracked to ensure individual improvement.

HITTING PROGRAM

The Yard Baseball Staff provides our middle and high school athletes with a hitting program to elevate their game.

Technology such as Hit Trax and Blast Motion are used daily to assess our athletes and provide data / a visual representation of their swing metrics.

Defensive PROGRAM

The Yard’s defensive program sharpens the fundamentals for middle and high school athletes by focusing on footwork, glove work, and reaction time.

Whether it’s infield or outfield training, our coaches breakdown body positioning, angles, and transitions to help athletes become more confident and game-ready. With a mix of drills, live reps, and situational work, athletes learn to play faster, smarter, and more consistent defense.

PITCHING PROGRAM

The Yard Baseball Staff offers a dedicated pitching program for middle and high school athletes focused on development, consistency, and performance.

Using tools like Rapsodo and Pocket Radar we evaluate mechanics, velocity, command, and pitch movement. Our coaches work hands-on with each athlete to build an efficient delivery, develop pitch sequences, and maintain arm health — preparing them for the next level.
